WHOLESALE BUYERS TERMS
  • Minimum Order - 20 Mixes, mix and match encouraged in multiples of 5. Subsequent orders in multiples of 20 for best shipping rate.
  • We accept checks, Visa & Mastercard credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed before order is released for shipment.
  • Shipping: Most orders are ready to ship within 7 days of receipt. Orders over 25 cases may require a longer processing time, inquire before order for shipping date estimate on large orders. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Damaged Items or Our Error: If your product is damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damage and submit it via email to shauna@farverfarms or text at 406-783-7113 along with a description of the damage for replacement. If there is an error in your order, contact us immediately so we can make it right....we want you to be happy with your Farver Farms experience! Shipping cost on replacements due to damage or our error is on us.
  • Exchanges are happily accommodated. Products must be returned via USPS Priority Mail. Return shipping is non-refundable. Shipping charges apply on replacement product. Returns for reasons other than damage or our error will be considered on a case-by-case basis only.
